Preferred Asset Classes: Our preferred assets are industrial, mini storage, multifamily, retail, medical office and healthcare, and residential development land. We’ll opportunistically look at other asset classes.   

 


Preferred Geographies:
 Our preferred geographies are Florida, North Carolina, and Texas, though we can comfortably transact anywhere in the United States for larger opportunities. We’ll also consider opportunities outside of the United States, specifically in the Caribbean, Central American, and Europe. 


Preferred Transaction Size:
We prefer transactions in the $10MM to $50MM range. We’ll consider transactions in the $5MM to $10MM range in strong markets, and in the $1MM to $5MM range in Florida.
